I am tired of telling the story in an email. Please have someone call me immediately 240-241-**** or 410-948-****.
I am so mad because no one from corporate or insurance claims has reached out to me. I fell on 10/9/17 at 9:15 pm and I had to drive myself to the ER. I have a serious injury to my neck and a stress fracture to my right driving foot. I am going to go on TV and tell the public that you do not care about your customers.
There were no signs warning anybody about the gallon of water laying on the floor. No cones and I went down on all fours. My pants were completely wet and I could not get up on my own.
Six other customers helped me get up and walked me to my car. I am going to secure a lawyer now.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
