I had a rofo account with over 320 points and when you changed the rofo app. they were erased and when I tried to sign in it said there was already account when I put in my email

Pulled up to get gas and gave the attendant my card. I turned my head to see how much longer it would be to get my card back, and he was looking at me.
It just seemed strange, like something was not right. I used that card one time that day with a business other than Royal Farms that I always do business with. Later that night, I received a call from TD Bank fraud - my card had 6 charges ranging from McDonald's in Camden, 2 from a Walmart in Williamstown, and 2 out-of-the-country charges, as well as 2 unidentified others. Fortunately, TD stopped most of them, and the other 2 I still have to fight to get them off of my account.
The worst part is I had to get a new card and change it up where I have some auto charges.
I wrote to Royal Farms on Wednesday morning first thing and have yet to hear from them. Great customer service.

Today I was waiting for some food, and the employee kept giving me the wrong time for when the food would be ready. When I told him, he just said, 'I can control everything.' I think that was the wrong answer to give.
Not professional at all. I got a refund because I don't trust him around my food; he looked unclean anyway.

Stop going to that store
On November 18, 2025, at 8 PM, I went to Royal Farm to buy the 3-piece chicken wings for $3.50 with my food stamps. I put in 2 bread rolls; I thought you could buy them with food stamps because they're not hot food. The employee was showing off; look at the video camera.

Royal Farms called me in for an interview yesterday. They made me burn my gas and waste my time, saying no matter if I reapplied for the job, they wouldn't be able to rehire me.
I even gave them two two-week notices when I was quitting the job. I had to leave for college. The manager, Krystal, who used to work there, told me that when I came back from college or had a break, I could come back to work. I see that Royal Farms doesn't want Black people working there, and I've been having a *** day.
I need a job, and I have car bills to pay, and my car is about to get repossessed. I worked my butt off for three years. I started work in 2020 and finished working in 2023.
Right now, I give Royal Farms a one-star rating. If they didn't have bad customer service, I would be the one giving them five stars or at least ten stars, to say the least.

Royal Farm store updated their app. Ever since then, I have not been able to order online; it tells me 'invalid basket.' I get no response from Royal Farm store except a call to my phone number, which is automated and disconnects.

Michael walkins is not a person who should be a manager of the royal farms
I visit 5200 Auth rd camp springs Md I pulled up to pump #3 I walked in and paid $50 for gas on pump three I then proceeded to go outside to go start the pump. I noticed that the pump wasnt working correctly.
It started working and stopped on $4.14. I went back inside and told the cashier she said shell see if she can transfer it to another pump! I moved my truck over to pump two then went back inside and paid another $50 on pump two I came back outside and the pump was not working. I asked the guy that I saw in a green shirt there if he could help me he act like he was being sarcastic and nonchalant so I asked him for his name and I told him that I was going to report him he proceeded to curse me out, and I went back on the SI follow him and hes saying all kinds of things out of his mouth that was very inappropriate.
If he was a manager, he was being very, very unprofessional so I told him and that I was gonna call my daughter that was a police officer. He said that he did not give his exact exact words. He did not give a *** so I called my daughter on FaceTime. My daughter proceeded to get on me because of the situation that I was in so did the guy his name is Michael Watkins I dont know is Michael Watkins, but his name his last name is Will.
He said 5200 Auth rd royal farms! I asked the young lady if she would give me her name and the man told her dont give me no information very unprofessional !
And when this was occurring, he was training someone there now. How can you train someone who is about to begin a job there and your your his how he was acting is not professional towards another customer ,

My 1 yr old grandson and I stopped in. We got to the counter after picking our items.
He picked a juice and the fruit tic tac. I had a 24 oz cup of hot coffee. I set the items down, started to pay, and the stupid idiot girl reached across the counter and dumped the whole cup on my grandson. I have called and left a message at the store, and if this isn't resolved, I will be pursuing legal action.
I remember the McDonald's hot coffee getting spilled on that old woman, and she sued and won. Imagine what it is going to cost Rofo when the judge finds out it was a 1 yr old.
Preferred solution: My grandsons medical bills payed or they can deal with a lawyer.

This company is just like all big companies they want people to come to there stores so they can make money. As usual they forget once they reach a certain level that is was people that put them at the top.
That is ok because I have spent more money at there business and they don't care except give them money. Since I am being ignored then I will happily take there money.
I still remember McDonalds getting sued for millions by an old woman and she won. HE IS 1 GOOD LUCK EXPLAINGING TO A JUDGE WHY YOU IGNORED THE PROBLEM YOUR EMPLOYEE CAUSED.

Hello, I called to voice my concern for the Royal farms located 3300 forestville road district Heights Maryland 20747. I made a purchase there on Monday September 29th of the chicken dinner special for $20.
My chicken was cooked very hard some pieces appear to be re-cooked. I was very displeased with the service and the maintenance of the Royal farms trash cans were very full overflowing trash over the parking lot. Why does the ferry farms in our community has to look unappealing to customers? Also I returned my chicken and it was only a repeat of what I ordered first chicken was hard cooked.

Went in to get $50 worth of fuel for my truck. If you look at my rewards number 910-206-****, you will see I buy approximately $300 worth of fuel a month from this location, but I will not be returning to this location ever again. The customer service is not what it used to be.
