Came in was told to use kiosk to order chicken. Ordered payed then the same lady told me she had an order prior to me and would have to substitute my thighs with wings .

I told her that was not satisfactory to me . She stated it would be 30 minutes before she would have the chicken.

I ask for a refund same lady had problem with transaction. That was on the 9 th I still have not received a refund however the original transaction has gone through.

Terrible Conditions at store #193 in Linthicum Heights, MD

I visited this store this morning and both the outside and inside of the store was a messy disaster of trash and debris. The outside looked like a tornado blew through.

All of the trash cans were overflowing with trash that had spilled over on to the ground.

The water troughs for the windshield squeegees were empty and the squeegees are all torn and shredded.

When I walked inside to purchase some hot chocolate, two employees were just sitting at table looking at their phones. No one was at the counter.

I went in to the store to purchase a cup of hot chocolate. I visit this store at least 4-5 times a week to get hot chocolate. Every time I go in, the hot chocolate machine is filthy and doesn't put out hot chocolate...only puts out hot water.

I asked one of the employees each time I go to show them the machine isn't working correctly. They open the door bang/hit the machine and hope it starts working. The hot chocolate dispenser is clogged and is never cleaned. The employees I speak to, never seem interested in fixing the problem.

It's sad that this has occurred so many times I've stopped counting. I continued to return in hopes the issue gets resolved.

Someone needs to light a fire under the workers to not just sit and do nothing when there's a problem...better management is essential.

Dissatisfied with order I received last night

My order from last night was not good! I need to talk to somebody about it.

purchased a large soup that was a little over half full purchased chicken tenders sub the tenders were very cold and hard and overcooked and very small. Also purchased their fried potatoes wedges with the cheese, jalapeño sauce, large size which are also overcooked and dried out with the jalapeño cheese sauce, which I never received.

Only good thing about this experience was that what I had of my large? Broccoli cheese soup was very good.

To make a complaint

I went in to Royal farm in Washington, North Carolina. The lady in the green serve was very Respectful Isaiah Was very disrespectful.

I gave them my money for my food. I stood they're waiting for a while. He then gave me a box of food that was just thrown in the box. I asked him for my money back.

And he caught a attitude and said he wasn't going to handle this. He asked me to dig in the box to get the receipt back out of the box. And I just walked out of the store. Cause he was really dis.

I got fired.

Today at 9:20am, I visited the corporate office to file a complaint about a disturbing incident that occurred while I was working on the ShirtSmart app. I was falsely accused and nearly put in physical danger.

My goal in visiting the office was to resolve this matter and ensure my safety at work.Initially, things seemed okay. However, I was soon subjected to gaslighting and bullying tactics that made me appear belligerent. I only wanted to do my job and go home safely. Mike was the first to gaslight me, telling me I was the antagonist in the situation that happened on Saturday.

He spoke aggressively and threatened that he could make it so I never work for Royal Farms again.Another gentleman attempted to "help" me, but I realized he was trying to provoke a negative reaction. Despite this, I remained level-headed. Then, a lady came outside while I was on my break and falsely accused me of calling a Royal Farms employee a derogatory name.

Following this, Mike told me my shift was over and that I should never return. Essentially, I was fired for making a complaint and was further victimized through gaslighting rather than being offered a solution.

After purchasing chicken and $20 in gas I loaded the gas to my car came back to pick up the chicken. I asked the young man preparing the chicken for extra small box to give some of my chicken to the homeless person outside.

He complied.

I go to my car as I normally do every time I get where you're from chicken I'll pull a piece out and start too munch. It's room temperature cold. Amica u-turn and pull back into the parking lot approach the young man very Connolly explaining the chicken was cold and I'm only looking to replace the remaining chicken with hot chicken. He gave me a disgusted look and refused stating "I went outside so of course it is cold".

I only walk to my car which took literally less than a minute and pulled back into the parking lot within 3 minutes. Is dead hot outside even at night. I can tell he took the whole thing personal as if I was trying to get over on him. I looked at the chicken behind him sitting on top of the fryer and notice some pieces were dark and some was light in the color as if What I was thinking was true.

The chicken wing that I've been into did not have the Royal farm flavor or texture It seemed to be cooked an old dirty grease. And then serve to me cold. He refused to replace the remaining pieces of chicken with hot chicken. Even though I was only gone from the store just a few minutes.

I never asked for refund or to replace the whole bag Just the remaining pieces due to I know I gave the homeless guy four pieces of chicken and I started to eat one piece. Dis frustrates me because I go to this particular Royal farms quite often and usually late at night. And there's usually another gentleman working the register and someone else working the chicken and I always get decent service. This is the second time I receive cold chicken from this gentleman young man who seems as though he hates his job when you question him about the menu.

This time I refuse to accept the cold chicken without stating my claim.

I asked the cashier for the store manager's name and he stated he does not have her name or number. I insisted he must know her name and that I do not need her number and he gave me the name "Che" . I confirmed it three times along with the spelling before leaving the store he would not look me in my eyes on responding.

Keep in mind not once did I ask for a refund. Just hot safe to eat Royal farms chicken.

Its been almost 2 weeks n still have not heard anything back from yinz. That just tells me what u think about ur customers!!

So I will continue to share my experience that I have been getting from yinz until I hear back. I got 2 breakfast sandwiches at a Royal Farms on Wilkens Ave n my daughter ate a chicken egg n cheese on a biscuit n she was almost done with it when she saw something shiny in it n pulled out 2 pieces of silicone. God knows if I ate any in my sandwich n God only knows just how much she consumed before noticing. I am very disgusted with this.

I usually get ur chicken n now I don't think I will ever get anything to eat from royal farms ever again.

I would to be compensated for ur actions with the quality of food u give out to ur customers. I have pictures to prove what I am talking about.

Supervisor didn't take responsibility for her action she never informed me my fund's would be off my tickets after I scan the amount and she never ask for a stub

I came in to cash my Tickets I was told by supervisor to scan my ticket to get the amount I informed her I never used the machine before but when I show the amount I was told she couldn't cash so I left and went somewhere else and was told someone already cash my tickets I returned back to royal farms called police file a report lost a total $540.00
