Manager at the Royal Farms in Glenolden told her employees not to wait and on any use when did you please close the street because someone from Wendy's so something they said oh I went there to watch cigarettes and a bottle of Pepsi and they will wait on me and I am a manager at Wendy's she looked at my my ID on my jacket and said I can't wait on you I said why somebody stole something so what are you got to do with me I didn't do it I don't even know what you're talking about would not waiting on me very

Very poor customer service

I ordered 80 pieces of chicken for a party that was scheduled for May forth, I went in early April to see if this could be done. Was promise this could be done and was quoted a price of $230.00.

Went in on 2nd of May to make sure everything was confirmed, arrived at store to pick up trays on the 4th. Was told they were not done and would do them now. It was confirmed that I would pick them up at 5 pm I arrived at 5:10 pm, I now was going to be late for the party. Was told by one employee that the guy in the kitchen did not look on board for orders, then told by Manager that they got busy and did not have time to cook.

Finally, at 6:00pm the chicken was done, and they brought out 4 trays I had asked for with 20 legs and 20 thighs to be put on one tray and the same for the other tray. I was told they cannot do that.

When they rang up the price, it was $279.00, I replied I was quoted a price of $230.00 her reply was you were told wrong you owe $279.00. I will never again order from Royal Farms again and have told all my friends on social media this is not the place to order any tray platters.

Internet Suggestion

Please add the contents of your hot dogs and various other food please online. I ate a hotdog the other day not knowing it had pork or chicken after being under the impression that they were all beef hot dogs.

I am Jewish and am not allowed to eat pork. I looked it up online and there was nothing showing its ingredients. I assumed it was beef and was so very wrong. I will never eat them again nor anything else from your stores except fried chicken and potatoes.

I hope it is 100% Chicken. Please add to your website ingredients of your food.

Can you please post the ingredients of your Hot Dogs. I accidentally ate them that day and didn't know they had pork in them. Please post the ingredients online. I am not supposed to eat pork as I'm Jewish. Thank you, Mike.

Unsatisifed

I just stopped at royal farms rt 73 Marlton N.J. to get a quick sandwich. I ordered a ham and cheese hoagie with extra cheese. When I got home I was surprised to see 2 small pieces of ham and 1 piece of cheese on the sub ( lets remember I did order extra cheese). between the bread and the lettuce and tomatoes I could hardly see any meat or cheese. I did eat it as I didn't have time to go back. I am very dissapointed in this store as I am a long time Royal Farms customer and this was a total waste of my money. Joe

I purchased gas at 6124 Edmondson ave 443-840-**** on 12/28/2022 at 10:38 am 15.00 on pump 11 but I was at pump 12 I walk out with this other customer not knowing he was pump 11 and I was on pump 12 I ask for the manager to straighten it out try to show her my receipt she wouldnt look at it she said I just put gas on pump 11 for the other customer I told look at the receipt she wouldnt look at it we went back and forth over then she told me to get the *** out of face learn to put gas on the right pump manager name Mallory I have a 2006 gray Nissan Murano if you look at the pump 11 or pump 12 I never got my gas at all I putting I a complaint on this MANAGER MALLORY YES I CALLED MY BANK AND STOP ALL transactions my name is Edward Lumpkins I can be reached at 667-379-**** I have my receipt to back me up this crazy Mallory wouldnt look at my receipt to straighten it out but can tell a paying customer to get the *** out of face as she was walk in the back because I ask for corporate phone number look at your camera this crazy lady needs to be fired I going to the better Business Bureau consumer protection everything I can do to get this CRAZY LADY NAME MALLORY HER OWN WORDS GET THE *** OUT OF HER FACE

A manager found my license and cut it ul

I lost my license at Royal farms in Felton DE and received a message from an employee telling me they have it and went to get it the next day and an employee told me that the manager named Kim cut it up and threw it away. I am furious is that a Royal Farms treats its costumers!? I really don't understand why a manager would think this is ok to do to a customer who constantly spends money at your stores. I am very upset and I'm hoping someone can tell me exactly why a manager there would do something like this. My phone number is 302 367 **** I would love an explanation thank you.

Complaint against general manager and another employee

I use work at the new royal farms in princess Anne MD I work over night one female over night cashier gets high in her breaks the general manager always changing my schedule than said I did no call no show it isn't right how can I speak to someone higher up in management..

Order was horrible, dried out and not eatable

Order of potato logs and chicken breast and the chicken was a dried up unrecognizable piece of what ?? This is the second time this store has screwed up on my order. A month ago a customer brought her order back in from her car and the counter person put it back on the tray to be served to the next customer.

Almost daily I visit store #199 in Forest Hills Md. The employees are the best customer service people that I have met in 71 years. Every person is kind and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to be greeted with a smile each and every day, especially the front desk. They help me any way they can. Thank you for that crew.
